- Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Tender Bidding;
- Change/Extension of Use;
- Lease Renewal and Extension.
The following criteria will be assessed when you renew your lease extension:
- Value-Added (VA);
- Plot Ratio – Plot ratio (PR) refers to the ratio of the floor area of a building to its site area;
- Fixed Asset Investments (FAI)
- Plant and Machinery (P&M)
- Building and Civil Works (B&C)
JTC will also assess your proposed investments and business plans for the future lease term. Part of the assessment will include a visit to your premises to gain a better understanding of your company’s operations and business plans.
